An excellent turn-out for the Lowndes County Flag Ceremony. Too many people to list them all, but we do want to recognize the two ladies standing directly behind the flag: Casey Humphrey (wife of Joel Humphrey, currently serving on the USS GEORGIA) and, to her left, Joel's sister, Meredith Humphrey. Standing behind Casey is her grandmother, Adair Pizer, and behind Meredith is Joel's mother, Brenda Humphrey. All are from Valdosta.
