The 159th and final USS GEORGIA flag ceremony was held on Thursday, March 27, 2008, in Camden County. Shown here are County officials (table on left) and Naval, RDC and Return to Service Committee personnel at the head table. The event was held at the USS BANCROFT Sail Exhibit outside the Franklin Gate of Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay. The official Return to Service Ceremony was held on Friday, March 28th on board Subase Kings Bay.
